Automation has been a key pillar to our continues efforts of streamlining our production floor. Our main goal in automation is not a race to find every possibility to replace employees with machines, but rather strike a balance by elevating the skills of our employees and relieving them from daily, repetitive, and mundane tasks.

We achieve this by identifying and evaluating the feasibility of certain processes to be enhanced through automation, if positive we then would provide the necessary education to our employees on managing and maintaining the new processes.
